Verification Criteria for Hospitals

These are the minimum requirements before any hospital gets the Verified Badge.

  1. Valid Registration Proof
    Hospital registration certificate from state or national authority.
  2. Doctor Verification
    Every listed doctor must have an active medical registration number.
  3. Active Working Hours
    Hospital must update actual OPD hours and availability for bookings.
  4. Response Commitment
    Staff must accept or reject incoming bookings within a reasonable time, for example 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Operational Contact Number
    A number that actually works for appointment confirmation and patient help.
  6. Pricing Transparency
    Correct consultation fee must match what is charged on site. No hidden extra charges.
  7. Discount Compatibility
    The hospital agrees that ZeeroBills patient discount will apply on every booking. The discount percentage is dynamic and decided by the ZeeroBills algorithm.
  8. Clean Profile Setup
    Hospital must provide correct address, photos, departments and doctor list.
  9. Service Reliability
    No repeated patient complaints about being denied booking or being charged extra.

Duties of the Hospital After Verification

These are the responsibilities Hospital must follow to keep the badge.

  1. Honor all ZeeroBills bookings
    Patients must be accepted at the promised time and fee.
  2. Maintain availability
    Update breaks, holidays and doctor leaves to avoid patient inconvenience.
  3. Follow weekly settlement
    For online payments, ZeeroBills transfers the hospital share weekly.
    For cash payments, hospitals must pay ZeeroBills platform fee every week via the settlement link.
  4. Accept Verified Badge Standards
    Badge can be removed if the hospital fails to follow service rules.
  5. Patient Support
    Staff should handle patient queries politely and quickly.
    They should also use the in-app chat if needed.
  6. No offline diversion
    Hospital should not force ZeeroBills patients to cancel online bookings and pay outside the platform.
  7. Records of Appointments
    Keep proper internal record of ZeeroBills patients for smooth check-in.

  10. Priority from corporate and employee programs
    Verified hospitals get preference for patient traffic from the ZeeroBills Rakshak Employee Healthcare Program and from ZeeroBills corporate account holders.

Conditions of the MOU 

  1. Validity
    MOU remains active for one year and auto renews.
  2. Service Commitment
    Hospital agrees to honor all bookings and follow verification standards.
  3. Fee Structure
    Hospital accepts the weekly settlement process for online and cash bookings.
  4. Compliance
    If any document becomes invalid, hospital must update it within seven days.
  5. Badge Removal Clause
    ZeeroBills may remove verification if the hospital repeatedly violates standards like
    incorrect fees, denying patients, poor response, high complaint volume.
  6. No exclusivity
    Hospital is free to work with other platforms but cannot mislead or discourage ZeeroBills patients.
  7. Data Use Clause
    ZeeroBills will use the hospital data only for listing and patient bookings.
    No health records are stored on ZeeroBills.
  8. Communication Consent
    Hospital agrees to receive updates through WhatsApp, calls or email.
